4. Subscriptions & Payments

Qooti operates on a subscription basis. Access to the application's features requires an active paid subscription. New users may be offered a free trial period, the duration of which is displayed at the time of sign-up.

Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless canceled at least 24 hours before the renewal date. You may manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your device's account settings. Payments are processed by the platform provider (Apple App Store), and we do not store any payment information. Refunds are subject to the platform provider's refund policy.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree to use Qooti only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of others. You must not:

• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the application or its related systems
• Copy, reproduce, or distribute any content from the application without prior written consent
• Use the application to transmit any harmful, offensive, or unlawful content
• Interfere with the normal operation of the application or its servers
• Attempt to reverse engineer or decompile any part of the application

6. Intellectual Property

All content, design, trademarks, and intellectual property within Qooti are owned by or licensed to us and are protected under applicable laws. Nothing in these terms grants you any right to use our intellectual property without our express written permission.

7. Health & Nutritional Information

Qooti is a personal nutrition and calorie tracking tool. It is not a medical application and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Nutritional data provided within the application is for informational purposes only and may not always be accurate.

You should consult a qualified healthcare professional before making any significant changes to your diet or lifestyle. We are not liable for any health outcomes resulting from reliance on information provided by the application.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties
